Cheesecake Pots

Little pots of cheesecakey loveliness, easy to make & easy to eat!

Prep time 10 minutes Chilling time 30 minutes No Cooking


4-6 digestive biscuits

200g ½ fat crème fraiche

300g cream cheese

1tbsp icing sugar

Fruit of your choice for topping

Crumble the biscuits into small chunks & divide between 4 glasses or small serving dishes.

Mix together the cream cheese, crème fraiche & icing sugar then spoon on top of the biscuit base. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Remove the cheesecakes from the fridge, top with the fruit of your choice & serve.
