Easily multiplied for a dinner party, the chicken in this recipe is kept nice & juicy by wrapping it in bacon!

2 skinless chicken breasts
50g cream cheese with garlic & herbs
4 slices streaky bacon
Preheat the oven to 200C/Fan 180/Gas 6
Place the chicken on a chopping board & using a sharp knife cut into one side of the breast to make a pocket.
Spoon ½ of the cream cheese into the pocket & close it over.
Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon.
Place the chicken in a roasting tin making sure that the loose ends of bacon are underneath.
Cook for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is golden & the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with new potatoes & veg & spoon any of the liquid cheese over the top as it always oozes out!
