Pitta Pizzas

Easy to put together & cheaper than a takeaway!!

Serves 4-6 Approx 35p person for basic cheese & tomato plus toppings of your choice!

Prep/Cooking time 20 minutes


1 pack of 6 Pitta breads

about 6 tbsp pizza sauce or passata

1 ball mozzarella, torn into small pieces-a basics or value kind is perfectly good

Olive oil

Topping suggestions



Spring Onion

Sliced Tomato

Dried Herbs

Pre-heat the oven to 180Fan/200C/Gas 6

Place the pitta breads on to a baking tray.

Spread some sauce on then top with the mozzarella & whatever else you fancy!

Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until the toppings are bubbly & the pitta is crisp.

Serve immediately.
