A great quick to put together snack or lunch!

Prep 10 minutes Cooking 5 minutes
1 tin tuna, drained
70g grated cheese
4 spring onions, finely chopped
2 heaped tbsp mayonaisse
4 thick slices bread
Pre-heat the grill
In a bowl mix together the tuna, cheese, spring onion & mayo. Season with a little pepper (there is plenty of salt in the cheese!).
Toast the bread on one side then top the other side with the tuna mix.
Place back under the grill until melted & bubbly!
