Tuna Pie

This makes a great week night dish as it's so easy to put together! Use leftover mash or even cheat & buy some!

Serves 4 Approx 80p per person

Prep 5 minutes Cooking time 30 minutes




1 tin tuna

1 small tin sweetcorn

a handful frozen peas

1 tin condensed mushroom soup

about 450g mashed potatoes

salt & pepper

Place the tuna, sweetcorn, peas & soup into a bowl & mix well. Season with salt & pepper.

Transfer to an ovenproof dish & top with the mash. Add a little grated cheese on top if you like.

Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180Fan/200C/Gas6.

Serve with extra veg if you wish.
