Surprisingly easy to make I would like to bet you won't buy it again once you 've tried this
Serves 4 Approx 35p per person
Prep/Cooking time 15 minutes
2 ready to bake baguettes or 4 petit pain
2 tbsp butter or margerine
1 or 2 cloves garlic peeled & cut in ½
Cook the baguettes according to pack instructions. Allow to cool while you heat the grill.
Slice the baguettes in ½ then again lengthways (or just split them if using petit pain!) Place under the grill until golden.
Spread each slice with a little butter then rub with the cut side of one of the garlic cloves.
